The Claresholm Arena came alive with sights and sounds of parents and their children skating, visiting and enjoying free hot dogs and drink. It was all part of the annual New Year’s Eve skating party.

RCMP look into car prowlings
The Claresholm RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in finding those responsible for a series of car prowlings in Stavely at the end of last year. Over night between Dec. 21 and Dec. 22, several cars were entered in Stavely, and various items stolen. The Claresholm RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in solving a recent incident of vandalism in downtown Claresholm. Between Friday, Dec. 27 and Monday, Dec. 30, 2019, the Claresholm Eye Centre on 49th Avenue West received damage to the front window cage as well as the garbage bin in the back alley. M.D. supports Claresholm Arts Society production
The Municipal District of Willow Creek is providing financial support for the Claresholm Arts Society and its upcoming production of “Beauty and the Beast”.
