TOPS member receives special award

Our Claresholm TOPS (Taking Off Pounds Sensibly) Chapter AB5256 and Brydon Saunders, our co-facilitator and a 19-year KOPS, are happy to congratulate Marilyn Heyland on receiving a 10-year award for maintaining her KOPS, which is Keeping Off Pounds Sensibly.
Marilyn has been in TOPS since the 1960s and was a chapter queen in 1968.
She has held numerous positions in TOPS from leader to new member coach.
Marilyn is so willing to help all who ask and is a positive influence at 92 years of age.
She is an inspiration to all of us as she chooses a positive lifestyle for herself and her health.
All your TOPS buddies are so proud of your success and commitment.
