The Claresholm RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in solving a recent theft.
On Sept. 14, the police were advised of a theft from Challenger New Holland in Claresholm.
An unknown person entered the north lot of Challenger and stole the hydraulic pump off a 1475 New Holland Mower Conditioner.
The pump and labour to replace it will be approximately $7,000.
Anyone with information on this crime or any other is encouraged to contact Claresholm RCMP at 403-625-4445 or Crime stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) for a reward.
RCMP warn of suspicious vehicle
The Claresholm RCMP are advising the public to be aware of a suspicious vehicle.
The police recently received a report of a suspicious white Chevrolet truck with Alberta licence plate BNN014. The plate does not belong on the truck.
The vehicle was observed in the area in various rural yards.
A Caucasian male in his 30s was the lone occupant.
If you see this same vehicle in the Claresholm area, please contact the RCMP immediately at 403-625-4445. Do not approach the driver.
