Library fun The Claresholm Public Library hosted a family fort night on Thursday, July 19. Staff set up forts made of blankets, along with this small tent, around the library. Families were invited in to read stories together in the tents and bring their stuffies. Here, mother Chelsey Waddell reads to her children Casey and Cooper.

Farm fresh

Open market The Claresholm Farmers’ Market has begun its second year outdoors in the downtown parking lot. The market runs from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., offering a variety of items including fresh vegetables, lamb and more. The last market will be on Sept. 19.
