Boil water advisory issued for Granum
By Rob Vogt,
A boil water advisory has been issued for the Hamlet of Granum.
The Municipal District of Willow Creek issued the advisory on Sunday, July 13, stating that until further notice the Hamlet of Granum is under a boil water advisory.
All water intended for consumption must be brought to a rolling boil for at least one minute before being used for drinking etc.
It is the protocol of Alberta Environment and Protected Areas to require two sets of samples be taken and tested on consecutive days.
This means the boil water advisory is likely to remain in effect until Wednesday, July 16.
