Ralph Jean Rigaux died July 16, 2019 at the Claresholm Continuing Care Centre. He was 90 years old.
He was born November 18, 1928 at Pincher Creek, AB to Gaston Rigaux and Isabel McKerral Rigaux. He attended school in Pincher Creek, Calgary, and Winnipeg, MB.
Ralph was a veteran of the Korean War. He was in turns a rancher, photographer, cabinet maker, and sheep breeder. He spent several years in his retirement as a landscape painter.
Ralph is predeceased by his brother Harry Rigaux. He is survived by his wife Lyle, sons Joe (Edie), Gerry (Patsy), and Bill Rigaux; daughters Catherine, Leila Kiss, Mireille (Travis); and sister Audrey McRae; as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
A private family celebration of Ralph’s life will be held at a later time.
