Under-18 Thunder sweep games

The Claresholm Under-18 Thunder won both games they played this past weekend in Central Alberta Hockey League Tier-3 action.
The Thunder travelled to Kainai on Friday, Jan. 23, returning home with a 6-3 win.
Scoring for Claresholm were Jace Flitton, unassisted; Flitton, assisted by Brady Ring and Josh Gibson-Morrison; Johnny Fletcher, assisted by Brady Ring; Ty McLean, assisted by Fletcher; Brady Ring, assisted by McLean and Jace Campbell; and Kalob Dallyn, assisted by Carson Ring.
The Thunder were back at Claresholm Arena on Saturday, Jan. 24, where they beat Bow Island by a 6-4 score.
The teams were tied 2-2 after one period and 3-3 after two periods, before Claresholm won the game with three goals in the third period.
Scoring for the Thunder were Grayden Desjarlais, assisted by Josh Gibson-Morrison and Carson Ring; Johnny Fletcher, assisted by Desjarlais; Ty McLean on the power play, assisted by Jace Flitton and Desjarlais; Carson Ring, assisted by Kalob Dallyn; Seannon Ocampo, unassisted; and Desjarlais, assisted by Carson Ring and McLean.
