RCMP warns of fake US $100 bills

The Claresholm RCMP are warning people to be on the look out for counterfeit American $100 bills.

The Claresholm RCMP issued a statement on Jan. 11 that they have received information from a neighbouring police detachment that has had a few complaints of counterfeit $100 US bills being passed around.

The police are asking that businesses please be aware when accepting any $100 US (or any) denominations.
