February 28, 2017 – June 19, 2018 – Calgary, Alberta
It is with great sadness that we share that Colin Thompson Ohler passed away on June 19, 2018. His smile and infectious laughter will be remembered by all who knew and loved him. Just learning to walk a couple months ago, he was quick to take up adventurous opportunities like: stick handling, playing soccer, riding his brother’s scooter, playing with Grandma and Grandpa on the farm, games with Nan and Papa, and fun with his cousins. He laughed and smiled on long bike rides while tickling his dad’s back. He was so happy. It took him a long time to learn how to give kisses and preferred kisses on the forehead. Dad will continue to reach for his open hands trying to pick him up, and the empty palm will be a constant reminder of their shared connection. Mom will continue to look for snuggles and kisses, and his brother will miss Colin’s smile and laugh.
Colin is survived by his mom Ainsley, dad Riley, brother Rhett, many loving cousins, Aunts, Uncles, grandparents, and great- grandparents.
