(Mary) Lee-Ana Moyer, beloved wife of Mr. Elwin Moyer of Calgary, passed away at the Foothills Hospital on June 8, 2021 at the age of 75 years. Lee-Ana passed peacefully with her husband and children at her bedside, surrounded by love.
She was the devoted mother of Sonya VanGelderen of Progreso, Mexico; Darcy Moyer (Mary) of Calgary Alberta, and Colin Moyer (Teresa) of Calgary, Alberta. Lee-Ana will also be dearly missed by her seven grandchildren: Ashley, Brady (Amanda), Tanner (Jennifer), Breanne (Corey), Riley (Jayde), Jesse (Madison), and Serena (Eamonn); and two great grandchildren Charlie, Caleb, and Baby-to-Be in September ’21. She will also be lovingly remembered by her brother Robert Foose of Stavely, Alberta; her BFF Iris Dinsdale; and many other relatives and friends.
A Private Memorial Service will be held on Friday June 18, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Mountain View Funeral Home in Calgary. If so desired, memorial donations may be made in Lee-Ana’s name to the Canadian Cancer Society, #200-325 Manning Road NE, Calgary, AB T2E 2P5.
