It is with great sadness that the family of Marilyn Moyer (Morrison) announce her passing on March 30, 2026. 
Marilyn was born on December 24, 1956 to Bill and Florence Morrison, in
Calgary, AB. She spent her childhood in Cochrane, Okotoks and Tilley, Alberta. In 1975, she married David Moyer and had two sons, Dale and Garry, in Parkland, AB. In 1993, the family moved to Claresholm. Following the passing of her husband in 1999, she later met and shared many happy memories with Ken DeBoer, with whom she lived with until her passing. 
Marilyn dedicated a number of years working for Alberta Health Services. She had a deep love for baking, ceramics, gardening, puppies and above all, she cherished her grandchildren. 
Marilyn will be greatly missed and is lovingly remembered by her common-law partner Ken DeBoer; son Dale Moyer (Jana); siblings Orville, Brian (Beverly), Nancy (Doug), and Rory; and grandchildren Corbin and Charlee. She was predeceased by her husband David; son Garry; and brother George. 
Out of respect for Marilyn’s wishes, an intimate celebration of life will be held at a later date.
